How you get in

1Complete your 2027 agreementSign online and supply what your product needs — for a wet slip or PWC port that is Schedule 1, a current certificate of insurance, and Exhibit B Part 1 if you claim an improvement.

2Finish by Thursday, 11:59 PMAn agreement complete by 11:59 PM Central on Thursday is in that Friday’s drawing, and every drawing after it. Finish by Thursday, October 1 and you are in all twelve.

3Count your entriesOne entry per agreement in every drawing. A 24-month agreement earns two. A slip and a storage space are two agreements, so two entries.

The details

Who is eligible

Customers holding a wet slip, PWC port, mobile home lot, dry storage, trailer yard or RV storage space at Grandpappy Point, Little Mineral or Mill Creek as of September 15, 2026, who sign a complete 2027 agreement for that space. New customers, BCB employees and their households, transient RV sites, ramp passes, cabin rentals, and Commodore Marine dry storage at 40 Harbor Road are not included.

How entries are timed

Your entry is timed the moment you supply the last item the rules require, including the second signature where two people sign. Our review, corrections, countersignature or re-issue never change that time. Prior winners stay eligible for every later drawing, including both Grand Prizes; one prize per customer per drawing.

How winners are drawn

Each drawing is held at the marina office with two staff members present and recorded in a written log. Each marina draws from its own pool. Prizes are taxable; a winner reaching $600 or more in prizes completes a Form W-9 before payment.
