Every wet slip, PWC port, mobile home lot, dry storage, trailer yard and RV storage space at all three marinas. Choose how long you stay and how you pay; both set your rate.
Three ways to rent
Two years
A lower monthly rate, locked until January 1, 2029. Prepaid, each year costs 10½ months of the one-year monthly rate.
A limited, first-time offer. Sign by November 30, 2026.
One year
Paid monthly, or prepaid: 12 months for the price of 11. Starts January 1, 2027.
Sign by December 31, 2026.
Month to month
For new customers, with no long-term commitment. Wet slips, dry storage and the trailer yard, on available spaces. Two-month minimum; 30 days’ notice to leave.
Switch to a one-year agreement any time.
What each option costs
For every $100 of the one-year monthly rate, paid by ACH or by card.

Good to know
- PWC ports, mobile home lots and RV storage are offered on agreements only. A PWC port is available only with a wet slip agreement of one year or more.
- Wet slip and mobile home lot customers with a completed 2027 agreement get the Navigator Card. Month to month doesn’t include it.
- Electric on a wet slip is metered and billed monthly at $0.15 per kWh, with a $10 minimum.
- Rates exclude sales tax and other applicable taxes. The rate schedule and your signed agreement govern.
