Renewing takes about ten minutes. Everything is on the link we email you, filled in with your rate and your space already on it — here is what is in it, so nothing is a surprise when you sit down to do it.
Your paperwork, by what you rent
Your agreement is entered the moment it is complete. If a piece is missing, we call you — nothing gets quietly held up.
Wet slip or PWC port
- Your Wet Slip License Agreement
- Schedule 1 — your vessel and its insurance
- A current certificate of insurance
- Exhibit B, Part 1 — only if you paid for or bought an improvement on your slip, such as an enclosure, patio or deck; due by December 31, 2026
- Usage Interest Disclaimer — only if your slip came with improvements you did not buy
- Hull Coverage Waiver Request — optional, if your boat is not worth insuring for hull or you cannot get hull coverage
Mobile home lot
- Your Mobile Home Lot Lease
- A current certificate of insurance
Dry storage, trailer yard, RV storage
- Your storage agreement
- A current certificate of insurance

Before you start
Three things to have within reach
- Your certificate of insurance — a photo of it is fine
- Your vessel details: make, model, length, and hull number
- Ten minutes. That is genuinely all it takes.
You will not be asked for a bank account or a card number. The payment authorization is separate this year and goes out in October; nothing is charged when you sign, and your first payment under the new agreement is due January 1, 2027.
